The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the website of the Ministry www.adilet.gov.kz, which is accessible to every citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, maintains a register of debtors for enforcement proceedings and a list of temporarily limited to leave the country (hereinafter referred to as the register, list).
This register and list allows you to identify your location in the register and list by recruiting your IIN and get all the necessary information about the debt if there is enforcement proceedings, as well as the presence of a temporary restriction on traveling outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In connection with the opening of the holiday season and an increase in the flow of people leaving the country, the Ministry receives complaints from citizens who have a temporary ban on leaving the country, with attempts to cross border posts.
In order to avoid negative consequences and ensure safe departure from the country, the Ministry has developed a message with the following contents in order to properly carry out legal explanatory work among the population regarding the execution of judicial acts:
