Dear passengers!

Due to the inability to perform some flights due to the introduction of a state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan, airlines are forced to make changes to the schedule of some flights.

• Refund of the cost of the flight of an unused ticket, at the place of purchase of tickets;
  

        We also draw your attention to the information for passengers who wish to make changes on valid air tickets.

• Unused air tickets for cancelled flights are refunded at the place of purchase;

• Voluntary rebooking and refund are made at the place of purchase.

The airport ticket office operates according to the regulations according to the flight schedule.
